The Canadian Youth Entrepreneurship Fund (CYEF) is a grant program that offers students the opportunity to engage in experiential entrepreneurship as an alternative approach to learning. We strive to bring modern innovation, creativity and connection to students to build a stronger community of innovation in our education system.
Advancing student learning through entrepreneurial initiatives, ideas, and projects
Gain practical experience and knowledge to adapt the skills needed in order to better prepare for the modern business world
Exposure to investment grants and consulting with the purpose of bringing ideas to market and turning those ideas into businesses
Students can apply for micro sized grants of $500, $1,000, or $1500 to work on their business initiatives throughout their co op term and school year.
Students can apply for co op positions at one of our affiliate projects to gain a better understanding of the fundamentals needed to start their own initiative. From marketing strategies to logistics, students will have the opportunity to engage in an already existing project that offers them relative and practical business experience.
Through the support from our community partners, we are able to offer students the opportunity to attend community networking events and workshops. This is to further extend the enrichment of professional development that we strive to achieve in student learning.
